Reflection / Analysis

Using AI to improve the resume allows for people to see the impact of certain words and the organization of a resume. While the original resume included the same information about my insurance agent experience, education, and skills, the AI edited the resume to make my qualifications sound better and more organized. The AI improved the work experience and made it sound more professional. Furthermore, the AI improved the organization of the resume, which makes it easier to read for the employer. However, the AI should still be used as a tool to edit and improve a resume because a person must still review what the AI generates to make sure that it is accurate and truthful about the individual with the resume. Thus, using AI to edit the resume improved the resume and allowed for my qualifications to be seen as more competitive for the job.
